    I just started taken this before I work out and holy shit! does this give me a rush. My question is it says to start off with a half a can (4oz), but I don't understand why??

    your body needs to build a tolerance for it.
    as for the syrup....you take half the dosage for about a week.
    then increase the dosage about a quarter for about 3 -4 days then start taking the full amount.

    RED BALLS, COCAINE IN A CAN BABY!

    I've been using this Xtreme Shock shit before workouts lately and its pretty good, its just a shitload of caffeine and synephrine and some other shit though.

    I started out with full dosage when i started taking it.... I've NEVER had the trembling or any of the other side effects it lists... and I hadn't taken in any caffein besides chocolate for 3 years
