Since I still am in treatment weekdays, I can't get a job, have a relationship, etc. So I am trying to figure out fun things to do. Being on a small Island, I can't really think of anything besides going to the beach...which is a trigger for me, so not a good option. Any Ideas?

  2. Go to the gym, it's my favorite hobby by far.

it really depends on money and hobbies you like

join the gym, run...on a regular basis

if you like cars and have some spare money buy an used car you like and fix it and join a car owners club

what kind of activities you like?

Have you tried getting into wargaming? I have anger issues and sometimes before i lose my mind and fly into a murderous rage, i sit and paint. warhammer 40k to be specific, or is that too nerdy for you?
