    fucking blew.

the first two acts set a foundation for what could have been a good movie.
they even made the marbles scenario legit, but the ending just went to shambles. completely reckless and :ugh:

just dont watch the last 30minutes.
your imagination of "what could happen", will be much better than what actually does happen.

i really liked the beginning of the film (the explanation of the marbles for a handicap was surprisingly on point) and all the characters it was working with, but i looked at the clock and saw that there was only 28minutes of film left and was wondering how the hell he was going to adequately wrap everything up and address all his character's issues... and well this review sums it up well...

i'm sorta into these type of films more than the ones that tie up everything in a nice little bow....so idk, it seemed like a good movie, better than most of the most recent ones, except Iron Man...

no, its not like an artistic sopranos ending of "so what happens next..."

its more like, "wtf, did he actually end it with that garbage :ugh: "

I disagree. :o The ending was so stupid, imo. The first 25 minutes or so were decent.

I'm surprised you liked it, it seems the idea of a humble BJJ instructor eludes you

and how about his wife needed 2 weeks to pay off the loan sharks, and then somehow everything is cool for him to train for a month to compete in a tourney. :ugh:

and yeah, the end of officer joe's storyline was :ugh2:
that made all the sense in the world :rant2:
