I have a Mitsu DLP projection TV. I've just started having this problem.
after maybe an hour or 2 of watching, I'll start to get a red/blue color shift/flicker. It starts out as just a quick flicker every minute or so, then becomes a constant color flicker. Best description is that the image looks like its made for 3D glasses. If i turn off the TV for a couple of minutes anf turn it back on, its ok for another 30 mins before the problem starts again.

It JUST got out of warrently. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

    What model?

Mitsu has had several recalls and class action suits against them because of problems on certain models.

Depending on the model they might fix it for free or even give you a new one.

That sucks. My parents have an old Mitsubishi cabinet TV from 1984 and it still works perfectly.

Gotta love the fallout from lowest-bidder contracting.

Yeah i have an older mitsu projection (non-dlp) and that thing is a tank. The class action suit that I now of is the wdxx831.

I think they also had something on either 725 or 735 (not sure off the top of my head)
