recurring injury :wtc:!!

    :wtc: i hate injuries!! this injury appears to be a spraigned rhomboid (left side).
    i originally injured it while squatting, about 6 months ago, i was 5 rep maxing with 225 which apparently was too much, i lost my form very slightly and the strain hurt my back. i had to stop working out completely for about a month due to the pain, i couldnt do anything without aggravating it.

    flash forward 6 months, ive gained a considerable amount of strength, and my 5 rep max squatting is about 365. about two weeks ago, while squatting again, pain shoots up my back while doing 365x5. worried about my injury, i stop squatting and deadlifting (havent done it since) and just do leg press.

    today i do leg press, on my FOURTH set, my back starts to hurt! WTF!! as soon as i feel anything i stop, but now its really hurting again!!!

    so im deciding to take the next 2 weeks off to both reconver and get my finals out of the way.... but is there anything i can do to fucking prevent this from happening again? maybe strength excersizes for rhomboids or stretches or what? :mad:

    I'd see a doc/chiro about the pain because something is obviously fucked up
