So about a month ago I disloacted my shoulder pretty bad, I was just wondering how long should I stay out from doing any sort of decent workout aside from legs and abs.

i'm itchin to get back into it.

Agreed.. I'm just curious when you'll start rehab.. You have some time to go. Shoulder injuries are serious and slow healing..

I've seen a doc, but i missed my rehab appointment. probably going next week.

I have full rotation for the most part, it hurts in a couple places likes, like if put my arm straight above my head or try to push it all the way back.
