back in high school, about 3-7 years ago when i would work out i'd take a day off between working out. but now i workout every day. and i'm wondering what the hell is going on, because i work out my legs everyday, to the point that its hard to walk because i'm so tired. then the next day it feels all good, and i go work them out to the same point. basically i'm wondering if i'm not working out hard enough, or i have awesome recovery time
