I am increasing my number of training sessions per week to 4, and i want to make sure I give my body as much assistance to recover as possible.

As i compete in the 77kg class and am currently around 76kg i do not want any supps to give me water weight or assist in bulking, is there anything that you guys can suggest for recovery purposes?

Obviously i keep my diet in check, get adequate protein, and get my 8hours sleep every night already.

I usually stay away from MUSASHI stuff as it is overpriced and 'for the masses' kinda stuff, but they have this:

    http://www.thesupplementden.com.au/shop/musashi-creatine-recovery-stack-2kg.html

Ideal for athletes, bodybuilders wanting extra mass, recovery and strength. Those recovering from intensive training, adults looking to size up, those not holding size. Can be combined Kuan and Ni for additional assistance in muscle growth and recovery.

Ingredients: Glucose, Dextrose, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, HMB, Taurine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, Flavour, Food Acids (330), Colours: 110
Instructions: Take 2 heaped scoops (65g) in 350ml of cold water within 15 minutes of completing a workout.

There are 2 great flavours to choose from, raspberry and tropical punch and even with HMB this product still tastes great. Each 2kg tub contains 30 serves.

    Each 65gram serve contains

    Dextrose 45g
    Creatine 8g
    Glutamine 5g
    BCAA's 3g
    Taurine 3g
    HMB 1g

im wondering if that might be worth trying

I use Biotest Surge at the moment, pretty good results with it so far and it's pretty tasty.
