ALA (polyinsaturated fat found in plants) is not easily converted to the good fatty acid by the body (which is EPA and DHA). You'd be better to get some oil from fish sources (fish oil caps, salmon, any fatty fish) because they contain the precious EPA and DHA. It easier to get your daily omega-3 fat by talking fish oil caps than trying to count how many mg of whatever oil you want to take.

Yea thing is the caps I have are 1,000 mg each.
