I need some advice here... I am living in a small apartment and I am living on a tight budget. Due to a personal reason i cannot go out running or biking or to a gym.

I was wondering what other ways to do indoor cardio? I don't have the dough to buy a $1000 treadmill. I need something much cheaper and if there are any creative ways any of you have without spending much money... please let me know.

    Danke

heh, you're under lockdown aren't you. Tether maybe?

In any case, you could get a stationary bike that moves your arms too for pretty cheap. Easier on your knees than a treadmill and cheaper.

Calisthenics would probably be a good bet? Just bodyweight exercises done for high reps. Jumping jacks?

Hell, it sounds :greddy: but morning cardio shows on the tv even.

Honestly..I live in a condo..and have an elliptical (sp) that I get sick of-so I do the dance revolution game on playstation. It was actually on the news because people are losing so much weight from "playing" it.
