ive never done any GMs before and would like to start while im working on my big-3 (b/d/s). whats a good basic form to start out with? i was browsing thru this link http://www.midwestbarbell.com/videos.htm and seen many variations. i seen that other video where the man was doing GM's with the pull to it, but i dont do any clean jerks or whatnot. i looking for a clean and simple form of GM's that could benefit me with squats maybe?
