My car recently received quite a bit of hail damage from a storm that passed through the northeast corner of Indianapolis. After the storm cleared, I immediately started thinking of how I'd get the car fixed. I got in touch with Jim at Jimmy Buffit and got things going.

Jim said my car was one of the harder cars that his PDR guys had worked on, but you couldn't tell it. I picked it up today, and the car looks absolutely perfect. They got all the dents out and put the car back together and you'd never know anything happened to it. And Jim had my car freshly washed when I picked it up! (It was embarassingly dirty with bug gunk and rain when I dropped it off)

Overall, this has been my most painless dealing with damage to my car - from the insurance company to car rental to having the damage repaired.

Based on my experience, Jim does top quality work and I'd recommend his shop without reservation for paintless dent repair. The cars in his shop looked great, so I feel safe recommending him if you need a detail as well. In fact, I have a coworker going to see Jim this coming week to have his car fixed from the same storm.

Met him at a Meguiars function he, I and a few other detailers were invited to (which was followed by an Autopia/Meguiars meet that Saturday). Fun to hang out with (he used to own comedy clubs) and I know he does stellar work.

Meguiars took us in a limo to see Jay Leno's cars, Jim is straight back, on the right.

Here's the car. I think they did a great job of getting everything put back together straight.
