I'm looking to buy an inexpensive DVD burner, to burn mpeg/avi type videos in to DVD+/-R or DVDROM for use in a standard dvd player. I'm looking for moderate speed, and due to my inexperience burning DVDs, ease of use and good software bundles that are also easy to use. Would prefer that it be under $150.

Looked through CNET and a few other websites, but wasn't able to come to any conclusions. Do you guys have any recommendations for other info I might find useful? Thanks in advance.

I haven't had any problems with my LG burner, but I've heard that the NEC one mentioned above is pretty much the best you can get these days.
