    im going to start hitting hte gym regularly. and im pretty new to it. as for now.. ive got to change my whole diet around.. that thats a whole other topic.

    Any particular mutivitamins you use? ive already been taking one.. Max for Men or some shit. i like it. but im looking for something that provides a little more energy. and anything that might help my progress. im not going to be a gym freak and a health nut by any means.. but i wantto be better than i am now.

    i dont want to be popping 15 pills a day either.
    gonna start taking some flax seed and fish oils. my current mutilvitamin. Anything else i should consider? thanks guys. ill be here a lot more lately. especially since i just paid $250 to join my gym :hsugh:

    whatever kind of shit you need to buy to make you feel better...just keep to a routine.
