Recommend me a universal remote that...

    ...allows me to program it for my Time Warner Cable Box, DVD Player, and Receiver.

    I know the upper Harmony models allow you to do this with ease but are there any others?

    All harmony's can program what you want. Only difference is Touch screen displays, # of devices each can handle and whether or not it has rechargeable batteries. You can get lower end harmony's (and refurbished) for ~$50.

    I have the Harmony One that I use with my xbox 360, digital cable box, receiver, DVD player, and TV. It works great once you get it setup how you want. It is a bit pricey but I was lucky enough grab it while Microsoft was offering 30% cashback deal on ebay.

    I was given the 550 for christmas and am happy with it. The only problem I've had is when the batteries are low, it doesn't like to respond. It was found for ~$50 new online...
