Recommend me a shoulder routine please.

    My shoulders are definitely my weak point. I never work on them nearly as much as anything else. I think it's mainly because my routine is really weak.

    Please recommend me some routines :) :bowdown:

    DB Side Raises - 10x10 w/ the 120s. You can swing em a little but they'll still tear you up good

    my shoulder routine goes as follows. 4x10 shoulder press with 60's then i do upright rows4x8. then lateral raises at the cable towers4x10. then barbell shoulder press3x8. make sure and get your rear delt as well.

    basically the easiest thing to do is really just

    -a shoulder press
    -a front raise if you want, but not neccessary
    -a side raise or side delt exercise
    -a rear delt exercise
    -a shrug or if you want put shrugs on back day

    thats it. its real simple.

    im about to just quit doing shoulders altogether, i havent upped weight in about 2 years.
