I have New balance 609's right now, they are getting old and I need a new pair, I need a good crosstrainer, one that will stand up and be comfortable doing Cardio(eliptical) but also will be good for when I am hitting Legs and what not, squats, calf raises so on. What do ya'll recommend?

Best way is to go to the shoe store and just try one till one fits fine. Everyone's feet are different with arches and stuff and what works for one person may not work for you.

I have oly shoes, your knees will thank you. You can get decent ones under 100 bucks. There really isn't an alternative and the difference is night and day.

o wow.... you are a fucking retard. How is it you don't get run over by the short bus when it picks you up for school?

go to the site, click products, click adidas weightlifting shoes....then scroll down to the ones in the 60-70 range.
