I'm looking for some advice on a good capture card. I know nothing about the latest and greatest when it comes to video and capture cards. I'm mainly looking to copy some home videos and old vhs tapes to my pc and be able to edit them. Do the cards come with decent editing software? Would I be able to connect it to my cable box and record live or recorded shows to my pc? I don't use my pc for gaming so that part doesn't matter to me.

ATI TV-Wonder. All-in-Wonder is good too, if you have a shitty 3D card and you don't have a spare PCI slot for the TV Wonder to plug into.
