I don't need a complete beginners guide per say, I have been programming in C/C++ for 4 years in college, but only writing console programs, so I'm looking for a good springboard book into C#, any suggestions?

    my personal favorite c# book

a good all around reference written by the man himself

Either of those would be good for learning the esoterics of .net development and the c# lang...if you still aren't sure get a membership to oreilly safari for a month and preview a bunch....

oh as far as asp.net, i haven't found one i really liked yet...I have the ms press asp.net 2.0 core ref and advanced topics and neither are all that good.
