i need a belt for squats. i've looked around a couple stores in my area (champs, foot locker) and they only had velcro nike belts and i wasnt to sure if velcro would be the best idea. so anyone want to point me in the right direction.

and no i havent been doing them without one. i just want to get into doing them and i dont want to ruin my back. thanks in advance.

nowhere near high enough to need a belt. start low, work on good form, and you won't need a belt.
