I'm 5'10 about 155 lbs and just started lifting. My bro got some shit from GNC called "Mass XXX-Mass Builder". The guy at gnc said its good for him cause hes skinny and needs to gain a lot of mass I was thinking of getting some ON %100 Whey Protein. would that be good for my body type or should am i skinny and should take the mass builder shit oh yea, whats the dif b/w ON %100 whey protein and mass builder? it says it provides 50g of protein on the bottle! thanks broly kids!
