fitday I think is one of the biggest ones but it actually kind of sucks. not much selection for foods. I find myself adding about every third thing I eat.

I signed up and have been having to add everything, kind of retarded. Worth giving a shot though.

dude, it says that, without exercise, my metabolism should be burning around 2,850 calories a day. I find that hard to believe.

my coworker swears egg rolls are 110 calories because fitday says so....and he doesn't worry to much because it tell him he is burning the same amount as Alex while sitting at his desk all day.

Yeah fitday is annoying because the food list sucks, I have to add everything myself.

Then when you start putting together your own meals, even something simple like spaghetti bolognaise, it's impossible to calculate all that easily.

Fitday's search engine isn't very intuitive. A better method is to read the labels on the back of everything you eat. I used to write on a small whiteboard that I put on my fridge where I put down the food, calories, fat, carbs, and protein. Now I can pretty much guess how many calories are in anything.

I'm been using fitday for ever. their list sucks. for your inputs use nutritiondata.com they are on point BUT don't have an intake counter. So combine them both and you got some pretty solid shit.
