I'm somewhat small. I'm 5'7'' and weigh 155 or so. I'm not looking to get huge, just want to tone up a bit. I'm a baseball player, so I have a lot of leg muscle but I lack upper body stength so what can I do to increase my forearm size and my biceps?

Since when do baseball players have lots of leg muscle and no upper body?

Well this is probably pretty basic, and I'm sure you're already aware of this, but Drill a hole through a a broomstick or some type of pole and throw some rope through it and on the other end hang some weight... Twist the weight up and down holding your arms roughly straight out.

And I would imagine you would want to strengthen your triceps for baseball moreso than your biceps?

Oh and at what level are you playing? I assume high school?

I never really lifted in highschool. I did a lot of running but that was it.
