    Looks good, leg shots?
    I would bring up my abs and chest a bit more, upper body will eventually look overdeveloped if you keep at it without addressing it.

    these are 2 months old, i agree about chest and abs being underdeveloped so ive been hitting them hard

    thats funny, great fucking job, but that is funny when you see it typed out.
    50 fucking pounds in 14 months.
    Granted, starting out newb and at 125 does have some advantages.:bowdown:

    i feel good. but ill feel great once i hit 200. then i want to maintain 200 for 2 months before i start climbing again.

    FINALLY got my diet dialed in so ive been seeing the fastest gains in the past 2 months. i cant wait to see progress at the 2 year mark. :noes:

    Dont get discouraged if it slows or plateaus. Its bound to happen and just press through it.
    Must feel good having to go buy new clothes in shit.

    Nice progress:

    Delts and arms look good.. definitely the best developed bits

    Chest is simply terrible

    Abs are non-existant too, even though you can kinda see obliques.. you need to work on developing your abs too

    Calves also look like a weak point - again, almost non-existant

    I know people will say you're not big enough to worry about lagging parts, but IMO it's better to start addressing them earlier rather than later.
