I don't wanna break anyone's heart but you should stick to front double bi and back double bi, imo. Unless you are super lean, the pose you are using now won't look that good on you. Plus, it stops us(or me at least) from seeing how you really look. I have no idea how big or lean you are.

eh...i think this pose is actually better. You can see almost all major muscle groups but back/lats. Front double is just for showing how big your arms are IMO.
post more than 1 pic pose?
You'd be surprised how much a front double can show. It's far from just arms.
Actually a pretty hard pose to really pull off.
i figured as much. solid gains though.
i remember a thread saying that you hadn't been eating enough, if you're gaining like that , you must be doing alright
Thanks..yeah i've just been clean bulking slowly and preventing bf increase as much as possible. No point in dirty bulking up real quick then having to cut...
