Recently I've starting to get headaches after working out. Sometimes a few hours after, sometimes later. They usually aren't anything terrible but if I can avoid them then I'm all for it.

I usually work out 2 - 3 times a week, I don't drink soda/caffeine/alcohol during work weeks (only on weekends). Usually just cranberry juice w/ dinner, OJ during breakfast and water all day at work.

Too much sugar? Too little? Something else I may be lacking? Any ideas would be helpful.

    Thanks

Drink more water during and after your workout.

headaches are sometimes a sign of dehydration; try replacing electrolytes

Most likely diet/nutrition related. It could be a number of things. Are you cutting? Dehydration is common. If you don't get good pre/post-workout nutrition, your blood sugar levels can be bouncing all over the place. Do you get the shakes or get jittery during or after your workout? Do you hold your breath when lifting? If it's not nutrition related, it could be tight upperback/neck muscles, but you would probably notice that. Do you stretch after lifting?
