i have set a goal to try to gain as much lean mass (lower body fat and get bigger) in 3 months. ive had a pretty good basis of training already and developed some size...just got to lower my bf!

i want to give myself 3 months to go at it very hard with weights and cardio with a good diet that consists of clean foods. what can result realistically in 3 months? a lot? not much? little?

Yeah, for 10lbs more weight than me, you're doing fucking good. I'm 168 and shoulder press 45's for 5x5.

my leg numbers are horrible. i been trying REALLY hard with my legs. i can do reps with the barbell squat...225lbs for about 5 times for 3-4 sets.

deadlifts i rep with 275lbs to 315lbs. very hard too. dont know why. i try though.

im not bullshitting with my numbers. no reason to. i just need some help.
def could use some improvements on my legs
    my height is 5'9

my bench numbers...back in oct i used to rep 315lbs on the bench 5 times for 5 sets. thats before i went to texas and totally ate like crap while working and no gym time due to crazy hours.

how is my diet guys. do i need to eat more
