This is me before gym. This is me in May 2005, 3 months after starting to lift weights. I'm 21, 170lbs and 6'0 tall. This is what I'd ultimately want to look like: (inspired by the other topic) Realistically speaking, what time frame would I be looking at assuming I was doing all the right things (liftin 3 times a week, eating lots of food etc) to hit that stage. I'm not a newbie etc, I've all the stickies, just want to hear some opinions.
