3 weeks ago I started a cutting routine and I'm ending week 3 this week. I'd just like to know what's a reasonable time to expect to get to about 10% BF.

    I started at 194 20% BF, I'm now 188 about 16-17%. Fairly slow metabolism.

I lift hard for about 1 1/2-2 hours 4 days a week (2 min between sets with little down time between workouts) and do about 10-15 minutes of easy-moderate (125-130 BPM) cardio before hand. I lift M,T, Th, F, and TRY to do some easy-moderate (125-130bpm) cardio on days I have

On average my daily diet looks something like this:

    Breakfast: (4:30am)
2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
2slices white, 1-2 wheat (days after I lift)
    or
3 slices wheat (days after I haven't lifted)

    Mid Mor Snack: (7:30am)
1 scoop ON Whey in water
    1 oz peanuts

    Lunch: (10-10:30am)
    5-6oz Chicken
    2 slices whole wheat
1-2 cookies (I'm having trouble breaking this... I love cookies so much and they're free where I work)

    Mid afternoon snack: (about 1pm)
    Can of Tuna
1 cup of Brocolli (or carrots, or asparagus, etc)

    Pre-Workout: (around 2 pm)
1 Scoop ON Whey in water
1 medium Apple (or pear, or banana, etc)

    Post Work Out: (around 4-5pm)
2 Scoops ON Whey in water
    3 slices of White Bread

    Dinner: (around 7pm usually)
6-8 oz of Chicken (sometimes 93-95% lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey)
1 Cup of Zuchini (or some other Veggie)

    Evening Snack: (around 9pm)
1 Scoop ON Caesin Protein in water
    (sometimes 1tbsp peanut butter)

    Avg Daily Protein Intake: 240+g
Avg Daily Calorie Intake: 2000-2200 (give or take)
Avg Daily Carb Intake: 150g-200g (Days off I try to limit this closer to 100g)
