well, ive just started lifting hardcore since the beggining of teh school year, and ive gained about 15 lbs(plus some lost tub)and lifting has become a pretty big hobby of mine.
currently, i am about 5'9'' and about 176. I want to get to 190(after cut) or even up to 200 by the end of the summer for football season.

im still kind of a newb to lifting, so is that a realistic goal for someone to reach? cause im worried that since im new to lifting, ill start slowing down.
before, i wasnt a twig, but somewhat naturally strong, so i think ive been blessed with some good genetics.

and a problem is that i cant take supplements because my parents think they're the devil.
but i got them to agree to go see a dr. once, but dudes like 75 and said creatine will kill my kidneys and that "for years people have been trying to duplicate mother nature, but have never succeded" so he would prefer that i get my protein naturally. so the dr. appointment pretty much backfired on me.

i dont really drink much water, so how much should i be?
and here is my current diet that i have put together from trolling on here, so what changes should be made?

    breakfast-4 eggs + pbj sandwich
lunch- cottage cheese +whatever fruit my school has for that day, 2 yogurts, carton of choco milk, & mashed potatoes + meat (?) or burrito(depends on teh school day)
snacking-Louis Rich Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, bowl of honey nut cheerios or if i get taht sweet tooth, a kudos bar
dinner-whatever mom makes. usually has rice in it.

any other protein packed foods you could recommend?

sorry about this being so long, but i just reeeaaaaly want to achieve this goal

    thanks for the help

p.s.-what herbs/spices can i put on the chicken breast strips to get some variety in taste?

25lbs by august is a very attainable goal, just make sure you are squatting/deadlifting heavy and eating a ton.

I dont think you're eating enough, add some milk (skim if ya wanna watch fat content, I prefer whole but I'm in love with my belly).

200 is doable.. but it's gonna include some added fat too.

whey makes bulking 10000 times easier, but you can do without it..
egg whites/egg beaters are great for high protein/low fat
    skim milk
get all your carbs from whole grains, oats, etc.
i usually do my chicken breasts with a little bbq sauce, mustart, or low fat salad dressing. experiment with different things

oh, and i find that when you take your carbs has a LOT to do with how much fat you gain...

i do about a cup of oats in the morning, then all my other carbs come in my pre and post workout meals (along with protein too)

and if you're gonna be strict about the diet, i'd add some fish oil too.

I think Ronnie has more than duplicated mother nature, he's like 3 of me.
