What is a realistic 6 month goal for me to set?

I'm thinking about seeing a personal trainer over the break and setting up a workout routine... Since I don't know shit about working out.

I'm 6' and skinny as fuck at 148 lbs.

Is 170 lbs by June possible working out 3-4x a week with cytogainer after each?

    Interesting note:
I never eat breakfast. Maybe I should start. Probably would help.

Yes definitely. you'll get noob gains as soon as you start lifting and eating a legit amount of food.

    you think? Maybe might help

considering you are going to have to get 6 solid high quality meals in a day too gain any decent weight, yeah eating breakfast might help, and than a meal inbetween breakfast and lunch, and than another meal inbetween lunch and dinner, and snacks inbetween those.
