Goin on a 4 day snowboarding trip, hitting 3 mountains in 3 days. Today is day 2 but we stayed out till about 5:30am last night, so we're just doin a half day, in rough shape

I'll update this as we go along. Still 2 days of boarding to happen.

do you develop your own B&W pics w/ your holga? i've taken two rolls so far and they are either realllly fucking blown out or pure black. any tips? do i just have to use mass enlarger compensation when working with these fucked negatives, or am i doing something wrong in camera?

Damn, I wanna take snowboarding pics, but I'd break my camera since I'm not good enough to not fall on it yet.

I get them done at the camera store I work at.. Are you using slide film? There is VERY little range with slide, your exposure has to be dead on. With the Holga, since there's only one shutter/aperture, you've gotta choose your days/moments. I carried a light meter around all weekend to know when the time is right.

ahhh. makes sense. i'm using mostly 400 speed B&W film so i can print it myself..i should probably start rocking the 100 speed film on really sunny days.
