Trying to figure out if I can RDP to a computer for support. I want to see the users active desktop and be able to take control if permission is given. We have tried net meeting but our build of Java causes issues. Net-op dosent work for us as many of our users are not local admins and can not ass us to the net-op support group. Please let me know if any other info is needed. Thanks in advance
