What sodium? sunflower seeds dont have any sodium...
sure if they are unsalted.
1 serving (30g) of Davids Original Sun Flower Seeds has 130mg of soduim, x8 is 1040mg.
I'd say they have little in nutritional value.
Although they have some good fats, they have alot of fat.
Unsalted sunflower seeds are just as good as unsalted peanuts for an easy and quick snack between meals when you are bulking.
if you're bulking, they're great
if not, try and stay away
people forget all the "is this food good for me" questions are totally goal dependant
