    Hey guys

I want to eat my eggs raw just to save some time.

The risk for salmonella can't be high right if you live in a wealthy country?

And, if you did get salmonella, it wouldn't be dangerous for a healthy young person?

    Thanks

Salmonella isn't a major problem unless you're elderly or have a weak immune system. Really, it's nowhere near as big of a deal as the media makes it out to be, and the chances of getting it from consuming raw eggs are pretty slim anyway.

Bad idea, raw egg digestability is about %50 where as cooked egg is around 91 - 95%
