how concerned are you with getting salmonella?
Rocky's the only one who eats them raw.
My main concern would be that uncooked protein isn't absorbed properly. You can digest 90% of a cooked egg's protein while you can only digest 50% of a raw egg's protein.
anyone who says they dont eat eggs raw is lying. and that salmonella bs is just that, bs.
i eat everything in raw form, sometimes when i just get out of the gym i catch a bird and munch on that.
get the powdered eggs from Honeyville, they're pasteurized
Apparently if you fire them in the microwave for 10 secs or so it'll kill anything and still leave it uncooked.

Raw red meat ftw.
i eat nothing raw. i cant even eat red meat cuz its so chewy. like chewing on a piece of bubble gum that taste like meat.
buy better meat and cook it properly
wtf kind of beef have you been buying? a decent cut of beef that is properly prepared should be delcious and not chewy at all
lol..they're talking about red meat. i cook mine thoroughly, and its delicioso, but i never eat red or pink meat for that matter.

I'll post what someone on another forum said about that study...dunno if its 100% accurate though.
