    Chest/Tris day:

    barbell flat bench:
    bar x 8 (warmup)
    135 x 12
    155 x 8
    145 x 6
    135 x 8

    barbell incline bench (i'm still not sure on how much weight to do..i prefer db's on this):
    85 x 8
    105 x 8
    125 x 8

    incline db fly:
    30 x 10
    35 x 10
    35 x 10

    peck deck:
    137.5 x 10
    142.5 x 10
    150 x 8

    tricep pushdowns (straight bar):
    110 x 10
    120 x 10
    110 x 8

    any suggestions?

    ummm well last summer i repped 125..now i can do 175 on a good day...

    i want to shock the shit out of it for mass and strength

    i like doing incline as the main chest lift and using dbs
