    i was lookin at that one but ended up getting one from costco with 315 lb's for 400 (cdn) floor model ftw. it's tall enough for squats and includes ham curl/quad ext and preacher curl bench with an ez-curl bar.

    Those are all nice suggestions but. I just need to know if this would be sufficient enough for the routine, im kinda on a low budget.
    Looks like I could squats with it.

    no, get somethign similar to the above, you can get a lesser power rack from them for the money, but for the christophers or any other routine you need a power rack and adjustable bench.

    I can do christopher's routine just fine with my adjustable bench + weight crutches.

    That bench set + EZ curl bar + 300lbs oly weight and bar + 2x oly dumbell handles = $250. It was a doorbuster sale on black friday, but it fits my needs pefectly. I'm 6'5" and the crutches go up plenty high enough to do squats in them.

    I'm just saying, it's unrealistic to expect a weight lifting noob to buy $1,000 of equipment without much prior knowledge of the sport.
