rate my workout

    monday----back
    superset everything and i do 4 sets of 10

    pullups/bent over rows
    reverse grip lat pull downs/ stand front pull downs
    low cable row/anther lat machine (dont know what its called)

    then i just do 4 sets or cable flys about 12-15 reps

    tuesday-----chest
    for each exercise i try and do spilts of 8.6.15.15

    flat bb
    incline db
    decline bb
    cable flys 2 sets down low, 2 sets in the middle, 2 sets up top about 10 reps each

    wed----legs
    i have been going heavy for squats and deads

    squat 3 sets of 6
    dead 4 sets of 5
    extensions 3 sets of 10
    curls 3 sets of 10
    calf raises 4 sets of 12


    thursday---arms
    super set concentration curls with hammer curls 4 sets of 10
    super set skull crushers and close grip bench 4 sets of 10
    21's ends up being about 6 sets
    super set dips and pushdowns 4 sets of 10


    friday---shoulders
    super set everything and i do 4 sets of 10

    standing millitary/ upright rows
    front raise/lat raise
    front bb shurgs/back bb shurgs



    **i play club lacrosse so i get my cardio in during practice

    im trying to cut more cut while still building muscle. i did purs workout for a while and got tired of it so i started doing supersets, iv been noticeing a differnce

    Well, if you are seeing results and it makes you happy then why care how other people rate it?

    what to see what other people have to say maybe make suggestions about the nitty gritty of my workout

    Well I don't think that you'll get the answers that you are looking for but don't let that dicourage you.

    i wont let it just looking for some ideas or maybe just a little boost to let me know this is a ok workout

    it is good to get creative with your work-outs and nobody knows your body better than you.

    i feel like with a crative workout it gives your body something its not use to

    lol he posted one in main OT. at least his location isn't "broly town" anymore or whatever it was.

    Not really a good way to prove if someone is right or not but in this case maybe it is :bowdown:

    i only asked cuz im thinking the kid is 125
