MMA Rate my Routine

    Mondays
    BJJ followed by Chest and tris

    Tuesday
    Muay Thai followed by cardio

    Wednesday
    BJJ followed by back and bis

    thursday
    MT w/ cardio

    Friday
    Shoulders and legs


    any comments your routine sucks etc are appreciated. im looking to maintain about 185-190 lbs but be more muscle then i am now, by far.

    if possible it would be best to split up your training sessions. ie; weights in the morning , BJJ at night, etc.
