okay, well i havent gotten that in depth with it, but it would look something like this

    chest/bi's

    flat bench dumbells
    3 x 10 @ 50lbs

    incline dumbells
3 x 10 @ 35lbs (wasnt sure how much i could do, need to increase weight)

    pec dec
3 x 10 @ 70 lbs, slow and focused on squeezing chest together.

followed with curls, preacher curls, and one other exercise
    l----------------------------------------------------------------

    eg curls

    3x10 @ 100 lbs

    leg extentions
    3 x 10 @ 100lbs

    leg press
    2 x 10 @ 190
    1 x 10 @ 210

    calf raises
    3 x 10 @ 100 lbs

and i cant find my back/tris routine.... thats the basic idea

with all your training youre going to burn off a lot of the gains youd prolly make otherwise. consider some compound movements to work on speed and strength that will help in each art.
cleans, squats, bench, leg press, bb row, some plyo work like explosive pushups, jumps, etc.

i do alot of pushups and situps throughout both training sessions. i was planning on doing more of a football style workout, but using lower weight higher rep combo. the squats are a must, i acutally like squat/leg press combo (possibly my favorite workout :noes: ). anyone else?

    thanks again:wavey:

yes, football style too. compound movements, training for 7-10 second bursts. not lower weights though, no benefit from that. :)
try some explosive one leg presses, using one leg. help with stability and strength... light weight though, be careful! also other stability movements, one leg squats, etc.
