Pur and Chris helped me get out of a plateau by putting together a diet very similiar to the diet featured in the Cut Diet book. I wasn't doing it 100% correct, but I still lost 18lbs by doing it the incorrect way. Mostly instead of one meal being a carb refeed, it was 180-200g of carbs spread out over the whole day. Those familiar with the Cut Diet book should find this close to the 2000cal diet, but not quite there. Note tabs at the bottom. I am 192 as of this morning, and been sitting there for about 3 weeks. I'm targetting 175-180 as my extreme lowest.
