Rate my revised bulking diet!

    Classic endomorph, so I'm keeping it reasonably clean to avoid fat gain.

    Meal 1 (breakfast) =
    1 cup of oats
    12 fl of 1 percent milk
    7 egg whites



    meal 2 (snack) =
    Banana

    Meal 3 (lunch)
    2 cups of white rice
    2 large chicken breast


    Meal 4
    3 Scoops of ON whey in water


    Meal 5
    2 cans of tuna in water

    Meal 6 (preworkout)
    2 turkey beef patties
    2 Cups of rice or 4 slices of wheat bread

    Meal 7 (post workout)
    16 oz gatorade with CEE

    Throw in a snickers bar or Muffin sometime throughout the day as well.

    Looking at about 3100 calories.
    50ish grams of fat
    ~300 grams of carbs
    ~300 grams of protein
    Current stats = 191.5 @6'0 @ 12%
    Goal by Febuary 200 at the same BF percentage.

    My diet today has consisted of 11 fish oil pills, a two scoop shake, 4 chicken and turkey brats, and a bowl honey nut chex. :bigthumb:

    lol yes bro. I really fucked up this summer by crash dieting from 225 to 195 :-(
    At 195, is when I started UD2.0. That dropped me to [email protected] percent, but I looked REALLY small cause of all the muscle I lost. Fuck that.

    [email protected]% is next march's goal :wiggle:
