I've been on a spending spree lately... Its gotta stop or my debt card is gonna melt!

It started out w/ a G17 for HP in late October

Not long after that (2 weeks) I picked up a stripped DPMS lower and built this

Earlier this month I find this deal on an almost new G23 w/ extra mags, soft case w/ original hard case for 400.00. It had less than 300 rounds through it and it looked like less than 50 it was so clean

Then a friend of my wifes needed her pc repaired and a monitor (used that I got for free) and traded this off brand .22 for my kids to plink with. It took me less than 10 minutes to fix the pc :mamoru:

Then I wanted to keep things locked up tight except for the G17... Sooo I picked this up last week

I really wish someone woulda told me just how expensive this would be!

Then I picked this up from our fellow OT'er (thanx again crazynova) :wavey:
WASR AK-47 tucked in to keep babies and nuns safe! :mamoru:

And to just whore out some pics.... here are a few more

Here is a woman that was dead set against guns 6 months ago, and now she wants her "own" gun that fits her hand better than the G17

    Sorry no nudes!

She has smaller hands so I'm thinking either an XD or ?? Maybe even something with a single stack. She liked my friends XD. So I dunno....

Have her try the CZ75sa. The CZ's have the best grip ergonomics I think. It's not too thin or too thick and it's got curves in the right places.

I think with the really slim grips like a 1911 single stack people tend to grip down harder than then need which is bad for trigger control. With a thicker grip your hand relaxes more. Like motorcyle grips. Too thin and you get hand fatigue from crushing down on them (or so I heard).

The glock and sti's have very wide grips for more magazine capacity.

The CZ I think got it right. It is the correct thickness for people with smaller hands. The curves help point the gun naturally. When I come out of the holster with the CZ I can feel if it's indexed naturally

I fired a CZ-75 for the first time last time, that thing is gold. What Yar said is all true, awesome fit and trigger.

Yar, you use your SA for steel don't you?

Those Pierce basepads? You not run a magwell?

Honestly I don't shoot my CZ. I'm a glock guy. Mostly I use the CZ as a loaner gun. To teach chicks how to shoot, etc.

Mag capacity is a little low for what I do.

My wife has already shot the G19 and it has the same size grip (except for lenght) as the 17. She just wants something to fit her hand a little better. She already shoots the shit out of the 17 and last weekend put close to 350 rounds through it in an hour :wtc:

The lil AK/.22lr has been great. For what it is... Its pretty dam accurate

Thanks Yar. I plan to bring her down to the range next week. I'll add that to my list to have her finger fuc
I need to order a few things from ya, but I shoot you a PM instead of here :wavey:

    Avengeance;
I'm actually looking into converting it to the old style tumbler. Whats not seen in those pics are my tools. I have enuf equip to get into it if I had too w/o any issues

I kinda figured as much. It would be sorta ironic to see a guy wearing a bunch of Glockworx gear, with a Glockworx job, shooting a CZ. Wouldn't you agree?

I asked about the magwell/basepads cause I was curious to know what kind of mag capacity you are getting. I imagine 18ish? You can run the SP-01 mags with the same basepad (assuming it's a Pierce) and squeeze ~ 23 if you trim the follower a bit.

How many rounds are you getting out of a 140mm Glock mag? Just an academic discussion, I understand that you've settled on Glocks for your own reasons.

The CZ 9mm mags w/ the cpmi baspads are 20 rounds @ 140mm lenght. The glock 9mm mags are 23 rounds at 140mm lenght.
