    And it's not just the whey, it's all of it combined. The whey alone is 240 calories.

    I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. F**K.

    1 banana
    2 spoons peanut butter
    1 cup raw oats
    1/4 cup blueberries
    water

    I've gained a lot of weight started at 165lbs 8 months ago and now am @ 187 I had no idea my shakes contained so many cals n carbs fawk. Time to start jotting shit down.

    I drink a half gallon of whole milk a day while im bulking.
    It's about the most calorie dense thing you can consume, and it is easy to throw a scoop or 2 of whey in with a glass of it.

    shit bro i use 2 cups of milk with almost that same recipe and mine isn't 1000 calories

    edit: i lied - im around 975 with my recipe:

    2 cups milk
    2 scoops ON whey
    6 frozen strawberries
    2 tbsp natty pb
    1 banana
    1/2 cup quick cook oats dry


    approximate values:

    977 calories
    80.8g protein
    26.5g fat
    105.9g carbs
