    Unfortunately I can't find the old pics, but here are the new ones.
    Pre-5'11" 225lbs
    Currently-5'11" 177lbs-180lbs

    And before you guys rip me to shreads, I've been a bit overweight almost all my life. On and off atkins diet which works great until you start slipping. I've stuck with my curent program for 1.5 years and with a baby thrown in the mix, that eats alot of my time. Anyways, unleash the hounds.

    reckon you look good man, would've been chubby at 225 right?


    give it time, hit the weights hard and maintain that weight for a little while.

    looks good man. Might as well keep cutting up some and try to gain some strength/muscle in the process and then when you're comfortable go ahead and try to put on some real muscle.

    I get alot of compliments now on the fat loss/muscle buildup. It strokes my confidence, but I still have a complex of taking my shirt off at the lake/beach. Every since I started heavy benching, my man boobs are getting outta hand. Alot of fat has come off, but my pec pushes it worse than before. :dunno:

    Yea, I'm trying to cut...Ideally get to 165 then start bulking and hitting the big weights.
    Short term goals are getting rid of the boob and belly fat by July. Then rebuild my base from there.

    Yea, I'm married so it's not all about impressing other women. Hell, my wife always give me the I love you the way you are responses.
    but it has always made me self concious...but hey...guess I really shouldn't give a shit.

    165 seems pretty low to me, i know i'd never want to be that small again and i'm 5'6", but i'd say go more by looks than an actual number. Just try to lean up some and make the titties a little less pointy, then i think you'll find some actual muscle will help you a lot. Your call though, your body in the end and I know you used to be chubby so you probably won't mind be skinny as much as me.

    it's not that I want to be a beanpole. just want to get the fat down then muscle up. I know it doesn't look it, but I lost alot of fat and gained quite a bit of lean muscle. I just wanna take it to the next step, whether it be more cardio or more lifts.

    make sure you confirm with your wife, you're doing it for yourself and not other ladies. Bitches get crazy when they see you transform.

    she's well aware of that...although it is nice getting noticed by the ladies, and my plan has only just begun.

    You're lucky, no stretch marks. I was 235 and lost 80 pounds, but have a ton of stretch marks around my stomach/love handles area. :wtc:

    26. I always get told I look young. Hell, I've been with the same woman since '95, got married in '01 and have a 15 month old son.
    I missed the bachelor years.

    My lowest point was 156, i'm bulking now and i'm at 161.

    Great job man. I totally understand how it is to lose all that weight but still have the mindset of being afraid to take off your shirt. Keep up the good work broly

    pretty clear your own the right track. I'd cut a little longer. But I suck at cutting so take it for what it is.
