    if i remember correctly (i'm at work) i either have a 550W or a 750W power supply, i know it's a big one.

    also, i've heard that old IDE hard drives actually hinder system performance in comparison to modern SATA hard drives and having faster, more modern SATA hard drives can substantially boost system and gaming performance.

    this true?
