ok guys this is the thing i will be heading to cancun the second week of december. So i want to look the best i can by then.

    I will be 20 in about a month. I am 5,6 and weight 180lbs.

95% of my day i am sitting down. (because i am in college and work here in college in front of a computer)

So i decided to the following:
    Diet:
    Breakfast: 7am
    oatmeal
    milk
    banana

    Snack: 10am
    fruit

    Lunch: 12 pm
    chicken sandwitch with some vegies

    Snack: 3pm
    fruit

    Dinner: 6:30pm
some vegies, with chicken or a well cooked steak

    NO coke at all
Of course a lot of water
NO beer (at least until i get to cancun) :naughty:

Know i am thinking to do the following exercise like for two weeks every day just to get use it.

    Monday to Sunday
1 mile a day (at knight)
3 sets 20 of push ups
3 sets of 20 sit ups

After does two weeks im thinking to upgrade the exercise to the double.

    I love a well-cocked steak.

P.s. - This will not end well (or well-cocked).

head to your college gym and focus on the compound exercises (bench, deadlift, squat, pulldown, leg press)...stick with your diet

preforming these lifts will help immensely. You're not giving yourself too much time (december is a lofty goal)

check out Skeletor's log in the Training Logs section - i think it's a great program

and read up on HIIT here: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1756065
it will kick your ass, but you will see results

and add more protein to your diet...pick up some whey powder and add some shakes to your daily diet (1 mid morning & 1 post lift session works for me)

    good luck

The thing is that i don't want to gain muscle. I have it already. I just want to loose the fat. Specially in in my stomach.

you wont bulk up by December. trust me. You may add some tone and definition depending on how well your diet goes...unless you're going for the skinnyfat look.

lifting weights will boost your fat loss immensely.

And don't make the mistake in thinking that you can target fat loss.

I'm not trying to be rude, but you're really not doing shit. You'll be lucky to see ANY gains by December, maybe even by next Spring with that. You need to work your ass of, plain and simple. Good luck.

fine. keep the milk low/non fat and oatmeal generic (don't add sugar and what not)

add some protein via a shake

    fine

    add protein

    fine

    good

horrible. read the noob sticky and find a routine which works. for gods sake stop saying you don't want to gain muscle and you want to lose fat.

if you like the pushups and situps, do them 3x a week (mwf) upon awaking first thing in the morning. 1 mile per day comes out to roughly 100 calories.. it's more of warmup than anything.. either go longer or throw in some interval training.

OK guys, i have read a lot of the sticky....and i decide to stick to my diet...but change my exercise to the HIIT method. You are correct i will also do weight lifting. I would probably do HIIT 3 times a week, weight lifting 3 times a week, and a resting day. Lets See how much i can do by December.

just do it. if nothing else, it will work your cardiovascular system and help ease you into intense lifting routines.
