ok guys this is the thing i will be heading to cancun the second week of december. So i want to look the best i can by then. I will be 20 in about a month. I am 5,6 and weight 180lbs. 95% of my day i am sitting down. (because i am in college and work here in college in front of a computer) So i decided to the following: Diet: Breakfast: 7am oatmeal milk banana Snack: 10am fruit Lunch: 12 pm chicken sandwitch with some vegies Snack: 3pm fruit Dinner: 6:30pm some vegies,with chicken or a well cooked steak NO coke at all Of course a lot of water NO beer (at least until i get to cancun) Know i am thinking to do the following exercise like for two weeks every day just to get use it. Monday to Sunday 1 mile a day (at knight) 3 sets 20 of push ups 3 sets of 20 sit ups After does two weeks im thinking to upgrade the exercise to the double. Ok guys i will appreciate your help. If you have any suggestion fill free to say them.
