Suprisingly not hungry. Eating every 2-3 hours roughly keeps me in check. I tend to stray if i don't keep 6.

Better to eat just below maintenance and then learn about your body. I would cut out all but one supplement and focus on some more real food, like others have said. Don't try to get rid of all your carbs at once - you have a long road ahead of you.

Spend a month focusing on diet, then reassess and slowly taper down.

The whole lack of carbs thing is completely unintentional. I gotta toss some rice in there to boost it up.

Bmr calculations show cals at 2456.02

Then using the harris benedict calculation it shows me to be 3806 (2456x1.55) For moderate exercise 3-5 days a week.

I personally think its too high. I'm trying to eat max 2200.

 The other question I have is if I am at 2200 and burn 400 from a workout (seemed like a good number) do I make up for that in food or stay at 1800?

I've been at 2200 I gotta get back up there. I didn't have a chance to make some rice to toss in there last night. I've been at it since jan I'm down to 264 from roughly 293. I'm seeing strength gains also.

    squats
    step ups
    calf raises
    bench
    horizontal row
    lateral raises
    seated curl
