RAte my day of eating

    Im tryin to cut some fat. weird schedule i wake up late now.

    Wake at 130- whole wheat bagel with 2 scoops whey
    workout at 230
    430- 8 ounces of chicken, 1 Pita, water. (Post workout)
    7- cup of brown rice, can of tuna, spinach, non fat italian dressing
    915- 2 corn tortillas, lean steak, veggies
    12- 3/4 cup cottage cheese with a tbsp of sugar free jelly, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

    sleep anywere between 2-5 AM

    i forgot i took 8 G of fishoil, and also is the timing for meals good?

    ill go to bed between 2-5am, realistically 3 o clock range, and ill wake up at 1-2. does my timing look right on cutting the carbs with my schedule
